Get to Know Me
I have been on this continual journey within the mental health profession throughout my life both professionally and personally. Having lived and experienced trauma throughout my life, I understand the importance of therapy and how it has impacted my healing and growth firsthand. I am committed to continue doing the work for self-growth and self-exploration. I love being in this field and being able to use my knowledge and training to help others.

Individual Therapy Sessions
Clients seeking "talk therapy" and/or other modalities. Therapy approaches may include CBT, DBT, ACT,IFS, Expressive Therapy. Each of these approaches are applied through a holistic and person centered lens that emphasizes the mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are one on one provided via Telehealth or in person.
