About Our Telehealth
We provide individual counseling to clients seeking talk therapy and/or other modalities. We specialize in ages 14-late adult hood with a variety of concerns such as adjustment, life changes, anxiety, depression, PMDD, ADHD, ADD, etc. Therapy approaches may include CBT, DBT, ACT,IFS, and Expressive Therapy. Each of these approaches are applied through a holistic and person centered lens that emphasizes the mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are one on one provided via Telehealth or in person.

Steps To Start
- Click on book appointment and select the day and time that works with your schedule.
- Complete the registration information.
- We will contact you within 48 hours.
- We will setup a therapy portal account for you and send you documents to electronically sign.
- Prior to your appointment you will receive an email with a link to your video session or instructions to our in person office.
- Daylight Counseling & Wellness uses Telehealth platforms such as Zoom which comply with HIPPA requirements and are private and confidential.
